Aug 11th/Week Seven: 4 miles, 6 miles, 4 miles, and 12 miles
Aug 18th/Week Eight: 4 miles, 6 miles, 4 miles, and 14 miles
Aug 25th/Week Nine: 4 miles, 7 miles, 4 miles, and 16 miles
Sept 1st/Week Ten: 5 miles, 8 miles, 5 miles, and 16 miles
