July 21st/Week Four: 3 miles, 5 miles, 3 miles, and 8 miles

July 28th/Week Five: 3 miles, 5 miles, 3 miles, and 10 miles

Aug 4th/Week Six: 4 miles, 5 miles, 4 miles, and 11 miles

Aug 11th/Week Seven: 4 miles, 6 miles, 4 miles, and 12 miles

Aug 18th/Week Eight: 4 miles, 6 miles, 4 miles, and 14 miles

Aug 25th/Week Nine: 4 miles, 7 miles, 4 miles, and 16 miles

Sept 1st/Week Ten: 5 miles, 8 miles, 5 miles, and 16 miles

Sept 8th/Week Eleven: 5 miles, 8 miles, 5 miles, and 16 miles

Sept 15th/Week Twelve: 5 miles, 8 miles, 5 miles, and 18 miles

Sept 22nd/Week Thirteen: 5 miles, 8 miles, 5 miles, and 18 miles

Sept 29th/Week Fourteen: 5 miles, 8 miles, 5 miles, and 9 miles

Oct 6th/Week Fifteen: 3 miles, 5 miles, 3 miles, and 8 miles

Oct 13th/Week Sixteen: 3 miles, 3 miles, walk 3 miles, and 26.2 miles!!!
